Lux Inbound is one of the oldest dental marketing firms in North America, and what my practice needed was a direction. After toiling in mediocrity for years, I came to Lux Inbound for help. After spending weeks looking for an app development and website design company in NYC, I gratefully found Lux Inbound. I spent weeks shopping around for the best price and I was really looking for a company where I could meet face to face and have meetings, but it seemed that many of these other companies would only meet with you if you were ready to spend 100k or more. Also, many of these companies I found were located remotely and wanted to the the whole job through phone calls and emails. I did not feel secure about doing that. Lux Inbound is truly a different company! They assign awesome project managers, who meet with you face to face, continuously call you with updates to make sure everything about your app is perfect and is ready for the app store submission. I also had them build a website for my other business and not only did they have it complete in less than a month, but they made the design look perfect for my business. Love these guys! I must admit that in the beginning I was actually a little hesitant to creating an app for my business with Lux Inbound. But after some time, I decided to take the chance and leap and I'm sure glad I did. I run a fabric business and have many people ask me where they could take a look at the multiple products I carry. I thought about creating a website at first but found that to be too boring and plus, with the dramatic incline in technology and everyone always being on there phone, why not try something new and create an app instead? I decided it was time that I create an app that showcased my products with a simple click of a button. I was researching online and tried looking for someone to help create this app for me. With the help of Jayson, their project manager, he introduced some ideas he had to make this app explode and was very welcoming to my own ideas. In the app, they integrated a shopping cart and allowed my customers to purchase any of our fabrics through the app with different types of payments. Jayson was extremely helpful and considerate when I explained to him how I wanted the app to look like. He also went over the rules and guidelines thoroughly and the things he needed from me in order bring this app to a success. Although the app is not 100% finished, I can certainly say that I love how the app is looking so far and I cant wait till this launches.
